1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of tevonarc.org (the "Site"), operated by Tevon Arc Inc ("Tevon Arc", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Scope
The Site is an informational website describing our services. These Terms do not govern any professional services we provide. Client engagements are governed exclusively by a separately executed services agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
3. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in breach of applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or impose an unreasonable load on it
- Introduce malware, or use automated means to scrape the Site in a way that degrades service for others
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
- Reproduce, redistribute or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, layout, graphics, logos and code — are owned by Tevon Arc Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. The "Tevon Arc" name and logo are our marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.
5. Information on the Site is not advice
Content on the Site describes our services and our general approach. It is provided for information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or technical advice, nor a binding offer or commitment to provide services. Descriptions of capability, timelines and outcomes are indicative and are confirmed only in a signed services agreement.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tevon Arc Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Following such links is at your own risk.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tevon Arc Inc is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
